VR Menu Positioning Error (Without Controller)

When in VR using a mouse, the menu clipboard/tablet thing keeps slowly repositioning itself each time I close it - usually ending up directly behind my head. Is there any way to prevent this from happening or a way to reposition it?

you can grab it and move it while holding the trigger. Also you can hold both triggers and scale it. (at least on the quest 2) If you can't grab it, try pressing "B" first then go to hand mode, then try to grab it again. I normally leave it open and just move it around as needed for best view.
