Troubles installing AddModsSlider cm3d2 mod for com3d2

Hi, I been trying to gather some mods from the google sheets, one in particular being this one:

It seems to be a bunch of plugins(?)/mods put into a single pack, I am more interested in getting the AddModsSlider so I am able to get the sliders for height, chest and various other body modifications beyond the vanilla limits. I am a complete newbie, I just bought the game around 2 days ago, I have read many instructions on how to install more basic mods but I haven't gotten much luck.

Immediate help on how to install the pack/mod specified and any configurations I have to do to files once installed would be much appreciated.

There's an all in one (AIO) thread here in the forums with com3d2 mods, pretty sure it includes slider mods. The one you linked to is for the previous game cm3d rather than com3d2 so not sure how easy to get that to work.
