third delay reason ( from kiss admin on facebook )
Hi guys,

We’re terribly sorry to bother you over and over again.

Now that release date at steam is changed again.

Though steam release preparation is completed,

the reason of this time is payment company’s check for S-court official site.

We’re doing best to finish this procedure asap,,

This is actually pretty reasonable, I guess, hopefully we wont have to wait even longer after this one.

I call BS on this reasoning.. their OWN payment system has issues that haven't been picked up until now??

What about that is reasonable? They had two extra weeks to iron out the details with the other platforms. But they didn't.

it is reasonable, what isn't reasonable is announcing a release date when you can't verify that it'd be released.

Or to specify, after the first issue they should've changed the release date to "coming soonTM", not having a dated release that may or may not be pushed back, until they got a green light for every place they want to release, only then should they have put a date for release.
