Now, apart from CM3D2 with all DLC (not quite without) having more script than any Visual Novel or single work of fiction, there is indeed a relationship system where one chooses to talk to them Maidens, is able to choose between answers and advance the relationship from Cautious to Friend to Trusted to Lover to Lover+ and someday to Wife (the DLC has yet to be released in JP this month). Events/Scenes are unlocked and sexual content is totally optional.
Whether you will have a high class brothel or a high class (hostess) club (with plenty other facilities) is up to you, unless you buy the Steam version only, then you can't have a brothel. In any event you can still make all your Maids your own and never have anybody else "NTR" them (or engage in any sexual activity).
In that regard H scenes are also very varied. Only the most extreme or bizarre preferences are not featured. Well, besides "Yuri" which will also come at the end of the month to the JP version. Harem is afaik also not in the base version.
Primary fetishes are:
Vanilla/Lovers Sex
Perversion/Exhibitsionism
BDSM/Soft Female Domination
Service
Swapping
Orgy
NTR
Buying the game outside of Steam(more expensive), or sailing the high seas are your only options outside of shilling for the 5$ patch.
2019.07.31
Additionally, if you purchased at S-court official site, or Steam, you'll get NEKO WORKs' Nekopara [Chocolat] or [Vanilla] costume set.
^ not Nataku
And regarding Credit Cards, a Pre-paid one from gas stations and alike should cost no more than $10€ and can be charged. Maybe you should wait and get all essential DLC (All Expansion Packs + Personalities, Scenes and Fashion of your choice) at once.
You can easily find Chocolate\Vanilla bonus by sailing the high seas(might have to be good at sailing, but I digress, lol), with that said. All DLCs are avalible for all versions of the game, you have to go through the KISS DLC site. Steam DLC(Chocolate\Vanilla) is just avalible on Steam because it's a steam bonus(That's pre-installed in scourt version, it is not availible for Nutaku, but only those 2, the other 4 nekobara outfits are availible as paid DLC for all editions).
With Nutaku version you need to do a few things. First go into the 32bit folder and move that .exe into the base folder(where 64bit one is), then run the 32bit exe(it'll open a launcher that'll add some online configs).
Launch the game once, now you'll see at the bottom a option to go to the DLC Store(it'll open the browser), to download dlcs the game must be running.
Optional step:
Go into regedit and this path: "HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>KISS>CUSTOM ORDER MAID3D 2" Inside that keypath add a string key, call it InstallPath then as value point it to the base folder(Ex C:/kiss/COM3D2/) - this will allow the DLC setups to find your installation so you don't have to select the path every time.
Apart from Steam taking a 30% cut(and Scourt being their store so they get 100% cut), Steam is extremely arbritrary in what it allows and what it doesn't, so there are no doubts DLCs will generally not be avalible on Steam and instead be bought through scourt. At most Steam will see family friendly cloth options, but considering how the DLC installations work with the game etc, I can't imagine they'll want to put in too much effort rewriting\changing the packing of them for Steam(especially since the pack-file gets appended to, rather than replaced iirc).
I give my thanks to the people that helped me. (my brain stopped working and this is the result)
also link to alternative buy locations for other people that read this and might need it:

Hi i tried to do this but it did not make any difference anytime i try to install a dlc it still says it cant find the install location. Any advise?
If it's not working it means you're not doing it correctly. My guess knowing nothing is that you're attempting to create the Installpath string into the already existing custom order maid 3d2 folder key created by Steam, which is not the correct path(the patch is looking for the scourt registry path, not the nutaku\steam path, they are not the same).
my key folder name is not a typo, I did not mean maid 3d2, it is maid3d 2.
