So how and what do I need to do to unlock the ntr yotogi options ? Cause i'm confused.

It is off, but all the scenes say that certain scenarios have to be seen by the maid in question but I have no clue which ones.

If you choose one of the NTR events/routes, you see a list shown with ll the requirements (like in love, not a virgin, event ### done, ...) to the right. That should do it.
I think you need to unlock them in order, afterwards it doesn't matter.

Basically just progress in the story. As you get through at least the first idol event they will start to trigger. You will get a cutscene where you'll see a "fan" showing interest in a girl and the secretary maid will ask if you want to take measures against him. You say no and that trigger the NTR events. After that its just a matter of progressing days and watching the other cutscenes play out to before those events will become active. And don't worry if you said no to the original trigger to those events because they stay in your events until you say yes to them.
