help needed

so i think i've finished the main story. now i'm looking to unlock all of the H event from the side characters but i've only unlocked 1 so far. i don't get it the only clues displayed are "In hire of a pacific maid" and "progressing in a specific NPC scenario" did i do something wrong ? should i restart the game ?

When you hired a specific type of maid, a unique type contract or so called NPC.

Try communicating with them more during work.
This would unlock events with them after reaching a specific point.

I think those the Unique Maids (like Professor Ena and Nurse Saki)? They have a chain of events in Office's Event tab. Some of their events have choices and some of those choices give less favor, not reaching needed favor for next event (so you need to COMMU with them through Schedule to get the remaining favor points for next event). If you pick right choices, you can get to their H-event in half a day (ingame).

Yeah that's why i was surprised at first, i got throught all the events of a unique maid only with the choices so i was worried about the others. communicating with them during work seems to work.
