You need to leave your game running & then install the DLC.

Whenever you launch the game, it will normally show the launcher first before the game.

- Click the settings icon at the top right corner
- Click settings
- Make sure the internet function box is ticked

What? Where did you buy your COM3D2 from? I bought mine on Steam.

Maybe try finding the application called 'COM3D2' in your folder?

I said Nutaku
Okay - according to another Nutaku user the launcher exe is buried somewhere in the incorrect folder - the exe ending x64 will launch straight into the game bypassing the launcher and thus not giving you the "internet function" option. If you can find the exe with the same name but no "x64" at the end, you can place this in the main folder with the x64 exe then fire up the launcher from that - ensure "internet function" is active then open the game to title screen.
If "internet function" has set up correctly an additional option should appear on the title screen at the bottom "Custom Order Maid 3D2 Shop" once this is there you should be able to click download on the S-Court website for the DLC you have and it will install.
Once you've installed all the DLC you have close the game and re-launch - DLC should now be in the game :)

In the Nutaku version, in the com3d2 directory, you have COM3D2.exe and COM3D2x64.exe. The one without x64 opens launcher. There you can set internet connectivity on/off.

Once you did that, just run the game and click download in the shop over in your browser and the download will run in the game.

I just purchased the Nutaku version, and did a search for the launcher, and it doesn't seem to be in the folder.

I know this is an old thread, but for anyone else that runs into this problem, you can also just edit update.cfg next to the game exe, change
m_bUseNet=0
to
m_bUseNet=1

Obviously that's a lot more complicated to do than running the launcher, but just in case anyone wanted to know.
