100% save file?

I've downloaded and installed the $5 patch, and whoo boy there's a lot in here. Is there a 100% save file anybody knows of that I can use with the game? I tried the MaidFiddle tool but it requires some Sybaris 2 thing, and the CM3D2Editor tool appears to be broken.

first/second name, personalyty, skill points (thinges like servis, care and h parameters) can't be changed

I mean, I guess as a newcomer, I only really care about changing their appearance after the fact as opposed to anything else.

i was more wondering about the guest free hentai mode. Even after completing the game and unlocking all stages, it is still unavailable.
