Well the store also has a "points" system where you can buy points and then use those to pay for items, in theory you could use paypal to allow the buying of points, because thats not against paypals TOS, and then have people use those to buy the patch. Other sites let you do this (i.e. DLSite) so its definitely possible.

i have a seperat cart just for internet purcheses. i simply add the fund to it befor a purches and dont wory if it gets srolen cuz thers no cash on it.

PayPal tend to charge a little more to the card in my country, so i tend to buy things without the use of PayPal as much as possible

According to the S-court FAQ you can exchange DLSite points for S-court points. Does that mean Paypal can be used, just in a roundabout way?
