I'm not sure how well you know Blender so if you don't know it at all, getting to know it should be your first step. Anyway...;
You can install the add-on by placing the "CM3D2 Converter (English)" folder (Which is inside the folder mentioned above) into "AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\Your version of Blender\scripts\addons"
I've personally only tested it with 2.76 and it worked, but might also work with higher versions.
Once you've placed the folder there, run Blender and press ctrl+alt+u to bring up the user preferences menu (Or file > user preferences)
Add-ons tab > Install from file button at the bottom of the window. (Navigate to the folder you just placed at the above destination.) and select the __int__.py file to open. It'll go about adding it to Blender for you so it might freeze up a little.
When it's done, type "CMD" in the search bar in add-ons, then put a tick in the only result that shows up to activate it.
Save user settings and you're all setup.
You can now import the .model body you use and the .model dress file you use.
If you use the AIO pack, the .model bodies are located at:
com3d2inm\Mod\LoliBodyv2\model (For the LoliBody) -- coco_body_LoliBodyMesh4k.model is the one you want.
&
com3d2inm\Mod\LOHighpoly\LOhighpoly_nudism_v2\model (For the LOHighpoly body) -- LOhighpoly_nudism_v2.model is the one you want.
You may notice when importing the bodies, they'll be in the weird pose you normally see when selecting a body in the game. You'll also need to import the default resting animation.
You can do this by running Arc Editor whilst it is in your main games directory where your .exe's are located. In the Arc tab, select motion > zn_com > common > edit_pose_001 (You could also just use any animation file, but it might be a good idea to try many so you can see how it'll look in different poses.)
Right click the "edit_pose21_002_f.anm" file and select the one that has the (A) at the end which means "Save As (A)" Save it to your Desktop or whatever.
You can then go back to Blender, select the rig of the body > file > import > import the animation file. You then have to select the rig for the other item (so if you imported the animation for the body, you'd then need to do the same, but for the rig of the dress so they both use the animation.)
You can then edit the dress with a new shapekey. Bare in mind, if you do add a new shapekey and use ShapeAnimator plugin, this will sadly not be permanent and you'd have to keep pressing f4 to apply the shapekey to your model.
You can also edit the base of the dress which will be permanent! (May also risk messing up the other shapekeys though so when you make a change to the base, check the other shapekeys to see if they're not broke.)
Once you've done your edits, you can then export the dress out as a ,model file then just put it into the dress folder in your mods (overwrite the original one)
