Story progression

I am stuck. I do not know how to advance the story. there will be some spoilers in this thread. The area I am stuck at is I have paid off half of the empires debt. I beat the idol you lose to the first time because one of the three maids overexerts herself. I unlocked like four songs as a result. I have advanced several days passed that, but the next part of the story will not trigger. I do not know what to do in order to advance the story. Can anyone list the requirements to advance the story? I am at a loss. have I beat the games main story and just not realized it?

You haven't beaten it yet. I honestly can't remember exactly but I'm sure the story events will eventually just show up the longer you play. Also you might want to max out your three's vocal and dance skills in the meantime. Also do the Extra events for the Extra Maids If you haven't done so already, they may or may not help If you unlock them so they work for you, you don't need to do their other events I'm pretty sure. I wouldn't sweat too much over it, you don't unlock anything by beating it and most of the story is mostly idol competitions.

2 of the three maids stats are all maxed out. 1 of the three maids company stat at 7700 and care stat at 7500 and all other stats maxed out. I have no new events.

Sorry I can't remember exactly what the requirements are, I bought the game the day it came out and finished the main storyline in like four days afterward so I can't remember. I'd just keep playing it, you unlock it eventually.

its cool, thank you. At least now I know there is more to the story. I also bought it day one, I have just been doing things at my own pace.

At least 3 of the extra maids have an NPC yotogi event to unlock if you complete the rest of their event line..

I have not done NPC yotogi event. there were some NPC events that I did where I chose what I thought was funny as my response. I can not remember which NPC maids they were, but there are no more events for them anymore. Is this what is preventing me from advancing the story?

I got the 3 NPC events to trigger again. I am going to finish the 3 NPC event line and see if I can advance the story again. Thank you! this might do it.

The only thing to do after you've beaten that idol you lose too the first time is just keep accumulating money until the debt is paid off. You should already got an event saying that half the debt was paid off before you ever got to the final idol.

Generally around $1 billion I've gotten an event where the Secretary Maid come in and say the debt is completely paid off. After that I don't really get anymore story events.

I am still working on the 3 NPC events. I have $8 billion. I have only paid off half the debt so far. I am assuming after I finished the 3 NPC events I will see the debt is fully paid off event. Once I fully pay off the empire's debt, does that mean I have beaten the game? How will I be able to tell if I have beaten the main story? will there be credits? I want to hold off on the NTR events until after I have beaten the story. sorry for the late response, I was AFK for a while.

Once you get the Secretary Maid telling you the debt is completely paid off, I think the game is beaten. I've been playing on one of my saves for several hours and only unlocked the achievements but have yet to get any story events after the debt is paid off. No credits played (plus their a credit button in the lower right hand corner if you want to see the credits). Really you can almost call the last Idol Battle the "credits" since you're seeing the background video that is basically what the credits look like as it recap the game. But yea once the debt is paid off, I say only thing left to do is get all achievements.

I have only got the empire's debt paid off at 50% event to trigger. I do not know what the hold up is. Does anyone have any advice to help me advance the story?

Hmm what day count are you on, what your maid count, and have you completed the NPC events/VIP scenes? Only thing I can think of is the event is triggered by day count or by maid count. I had 27~30 maids hired by that time, I had triggered the majority of the NPC maid VIP scenes, and I was at least 100+ days into the game.
