Steam is still being used as an announcement platform (i.e. in the same capacity as it was before).

The purpose of this message isn't to notify players of a change in policy, but to inform them that there are active communities outside of this one.

1) said capacity, WAS TOO LITTLE INFO as opposed to ANY PLACE ELSE that MANY donot use/access in ANYWAY,

2) SCREW "COMUNITY" im here toplay the game NO socialise, put all INFOHERE INSTEAM as anyplaceelse, not days/weeks later, so "'other comunities' can go choke, and remain UNUSED by many so dont inform about some place else, its not wanted, or, i and others would already be useing it, right? we DONT for various reasons,,
