Can you actually create a character as well at least the main hero or are they all set?

Its seeming like you pick one of the five heroes that the game will be about and play through their interconnected stories. It also seems like the main five will be the people you can have join your party. Sort of like Divinity original sin where the legacy heroes, the ones with stories are the ones you can have in your party. It doesnt seem like you can make your own character. That would probably detract from the story they wanna tell. Idk for sure tho.

From the video it looks like we have a woman bounty hunter, a pigman, a Mexican cowboy, a Native American, and a bald woman. How representative.

Set characters, which I actually think is the better decision. Personally, I'd rather have set characters with interesting (back-) stories instead of a bland self created character like in Elder Scrolls and similar.

Set characters are boring and not immersive but i prefer them for action adventures like uncharted because they are like movies

I hope it's set characters. The later Ultima games had that, Baldurs Gate had that, Raph made Arx Fatalis with the hope of it being Ultima Underworld 3 and the classic Ultimas were immersive sims in a way. UU and Deus ex are the original immersive sims and they all came from employees of the Ultima series.

My god some you people are whiny. No matter the game, there's always someone whining about white people not getting enough representation. There's a million other games you can play a white guy in, if it's that much of a deal breaker for you then go play them.

That's because up until the last few years they haven't had representation. White men have been the protagonist in video games since the very start. That's not a double standard.
