12 Minutes Alone Ending Stuck

Can you come back from the alone ending? And if so how? If you can't then can someone tell me how I can reset the game? If I have to reset my files just tell me how.

You can come back from the Alone ending. Think about what happened just before you were transported to the "bookshelf room". Is there a way to recreate that?

Hint: The rooms are empty, but whoever moved all the stuff out, overlooked one object that was hidden ...

Solution: The watch is still behind the bathroom vent. Use your key to open the vent, then manually set the clock's hand to 2 minutes before the full hour.

Alternatively, you can always reset your progress from the options screen. But then you'll have to replay the entire game again if you want to go for the more elaborate endings.
