Game security violation (Easy Anti-Cheat)
The update made the game unplayable for me. It closes after the title screen and says Game security violation detected (#00000014). I am not cheating so I am not sure what the issue could be.

UPDATE: I noticed I was due for Windows updates(I have auto updates turned off) so I just went ahead and did it, and after the update completed, I am not getting the error anymore. Perhaps the anti-cheat software didn't like the version of Windows 10 I was running for some reason. Possible the update replaced whatever file(s) was corrupted? Regardless, no more error for me. I will no longer be checking this thread. Thank you for those who contributed and didn't falsely accuse me of being a cheater.

Got the same error. No clue what's causing it, literally just bought the game.

Verified integrity of game files didn't fix it. Windows Resource Protection found some corrupt files but wasn't able to fix some of them. It gave details for an online repair in a text document but I don't understand any of it and don't know what to do with it. I've only had this PC a couple weeks.

maybe that's your issue. idk if you can't fix it at all might as well reformat your computer and reinstall windows as last resort.
bye hacker o/

Did this, but didn't work. Scan found nothing.

That's extreme, hoping I won't have to resort to that.

Not a hacker. Tbh I suck at this game. I started playing last week and I haven't won a single crown. I usually get eliminated in the 3rd or 4th round depending on what the game is. I just like to play casually for fun with my friends.

I appreciate you posting this but the only reason why I made this thread is because my Google searches did not provide me with a working solution. I don't like posting on forums for support unless it's a last resort. I prefer to fix things with my own research but I'm honestly stumped here. I do not see anything in my task manager that matches the solution found in that thread.

sfc /scannow will not always fix the corrupted system files you have on your system.

on cmd (as admin) you can run this command:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

It will use Windows Image repair. Keep in mind this command is not destructive and safe to use, but it doesn't hurt to have a back-up before you execute it.

The other option to your problem is just reinstalling Windows 10. That will surely fix every corrupted system files you might have and I'm pretty sure this is what is causing this problem.
