Running Speed- All other are faster
What the heck? At least 90% of all other Player run faster than me. Why ist this possible? There is no run option as far as i know. Only Button "A" for PC players to "move forward".. all other run at least 10-20% faster... Do you have a cheater problem or what is going on...

lag? mine always seems right besides minor lag. Are you locked at 60fps?

There's a cheater problem, but it doesn't concern 90% of players, so the issue for you is somewhere else.

Check your character's posture while he's running. Is it the same as for the other players?

If, for examples, he stretches both arms forward _without moving them a bit while running_, then he's in grabbing mode, and in that mode he's slower.

I use W to move forward. Maybe try that?

I checked the keyboard settings, indeed button A is move left not forward.
OP you had walked like a crab all this time, lol!

I was under the impression that he was pressing a _button_ on his controller, not a _key_ on his keyboard.

Might be wrong of course, I don't use controllers myself.

I was under the impression that he was pressing a button on his controller.

the "a" button on a controller is for "jump". you have to use the analog stick to move!!!

Yeah, never had any controller assign A as movement even back in the NES era.

maybe OP flipped his controller by 180° and is now using A,B,X,Y for movement and the D-pad for jumping etc?

Got the same problem with my gamepad. I am a bit slower than all other guys. Playing with WASD my speed is the same as the other players...

If you don't mind, which kind of gamepad do you have?

This is the third thread I'm seeing about this issue, so _something_ appears to be amiss, but it seems hard to pinpoint.
