Same happened to me. I tried contacting support but I'm waiting since the morning. Hopefully they can fix it.

You have to re-purchase them for 10€ per skin. Welcome to Diablo Immortal 2.0.

Well I contacted support hours ago and still nothing. They are probably super busy with this buggy launch having to deal with a lot of different players issues.
