do I need to have the Epic Launcher to be able to play Fall Guys?

I bought the game at release but everything I've done to try and fix my issue has fallen flat but pretty much everybody I've met who is able to play the game still has the Epic Launcher.

What issue are you talking about? I can play Fall Guys perfectly fine without the Epic Games Launcher.

What do you mean you bought the game? it's free to play now. Yes lately server connection are bad and if you own it on steam you can still play it. I have it on Steam and Epic and Switch, but pretty much play it on steam. It's not just you, it across all platforms Fall Guys server are really bad. Play Fortnite they seem to keep those servers running better!

I'm achievement hunting in Fall Guys, I bought the game at release(before Epic got it). I have no interest in what Epic Games is providing, not Fortnite or their launcher.
