they ask to install Epic Games Launcher
why they force me to install epic game launcher? can i play this game without epic launcher?

Fall Guys was acquired by Epic Games two years ago. It is not possible to play without EGS:

You don’t need to install the Epic Games Store, you only need Epic Online Services which should automatically install when you launch Fall Guys on Steam
