missing DLC

After Fall guys was moved to EPIC games all my in game items and one DLC was missing and it was all reset to new and even I got my account linked with EPIC Games but nothing was working need suggestion how to get it back or resolve this issue

Since 2021, Fall Guys requires a Epic Games account login to be played on Steam or PS4. When you sign in with Epic, your game progress will be vinculated with that Epic account. After that, any platform that you play Fall Guys and uses the same Epic login will share the same game progress.

If you never vinculate your Fall Guys Steam account with Epic, decide to play the game on another platform (Epic Store, Switch, Xbox or PS4/PS5) and only then make a login with your Epic account, that means you just vinculated a empty Fall Guys account with your Epic account. So for Mediatonic, now your main account with Fall Guys is that one with empty progress. Going back to Steam don't solve that, since it will use your Epic account that is already vinculated with empty progress.

What you have to do now is contact Fall Guys support and ask they to switch your primary game profile to Steam, since it's on Steam that was stored all of your game progress.

Thanks man you’re awesome, btw I’ve linked my Steam with Epic while back when I used to play GTA V, but I think I messed up

And now I see that they removed the support from their own website and migrated to the Epic Games website. But that does not matter, you still need to contact the support and ask they to change your primary game profile to Steam.

Thank you soo much dear I got replied by their team and they’ve mentioned about my DLC was not working but now they’ve linked it with my Steam so I can get my DLC back but not the game progress which I had before on Steam solely but still my main concern was DLC and today I’ll download the game check it out, again thank you for your support and time have a great day
