No access to the game.

First of all Fall Guys developers are dumb.
When I started playing it it forced to link FG to Epic Games! I was never happy with this idea. Some time later my EG account was hacked, and they changed the mail. I messaged EG and FG [that time when they were separated] many times asking for help with changing the account in the game. But they did absolutely NOTHING. Now that old EG account is deactivated, and I literary can't play, or even start a new game. I even tried to contact Steam support, because I played FG exactly here, and bought when this s#itty game was still available here! So, I lost access to the game, money, nobody wants to help and to refund my money!!!

when I launch the game it shows the error 200_1050 .
And I don't even know how to start the new game, and link another account.

Also I don't understand what's the problem for Steam if they don't wanna show in settings or just help you to UNLINK some platform from your own account you message them. It's so dumb. Lots of platform show this info, but Steam doesn't want to.

Maybe create a new Epic Games Acocunt, and link it to that one

Already have another one, but I always played FG through Steam, so, somehow I'm stuck. I just need[ed] someone to unlink this game from my old account.

Then that's interesting... But you have more chance to get any piece of help from Epic support, because they always verify your account, and I'm tired to explain them we're talking about 2 different accounts.

Launch the game, and at the bottom left there should be an option to get your support id. Maybe ask them if they can transfer your items to the new account

Make sure to give the support ID to epic games player support. I never did something like this tho, so I’m not sure if they will ask for anything else

Just tried - I only see 2 screens: with "Start" button, and with error code. There's no any other options.
