Loading screen infinite

I started to load as usual my Fall guys but to my surprise when it tells me to press a key, it stays infinitely in the loading screen and I can not play. Any help?

Maybe contact support with the log file. Maybe something is wrong with your account

This is going to sound weird but when I ever I get the "infinite loading screen" the only way I can reliably fix it is rebooting my internet modem and router. I reboot my internet and then it loads properly.

naah man this also doesnt work for me , i tried hotspot connection too dont know why it is happening

I installed epic store version too and begin the game on epic store version After that I deleted the epic version and ran it from the steam version and it worked that's all.
