Perma-ban anyone who is trolling in Pixel Palooza

I don't know what it is about this game mode, but it invites the most obnoxious kids I've ever seen, all they do is run across the field from the get go, try to bully everyone else into leaving, and then play the game on their own.

I report them for griefing/bad sportmanship, but I doubt it does anything. Also, you have to do it during the game so if they troll later you don't even have time to look up their names, and can't access the report menu anymore anyway..
