My Skin DLC can't be seen in game or use
so basically I can't even see my skin in game also all my game play record and everything also gone.

I paid for the skin. any idea how I can get it back or get my refund?

and add on ... i bought it from the steam not the site that in the link you were talking so im not quiet sure if it included in my case? i didnt play fall guys for so long so i just download it and know it today

Did you enable the DLC in the Steam settings?
