missing items

hello i bought fall guys before it was ftp (free to play)and started to play on my switch i logged in to my epic games account and then i opened fall guys on steam and logged in and i've seen no items i had mr.beast promo and im kinda sad that i lose it.

I am in same situation with two DLC packs I bought. Have tried all the uncheck/close/uninstall procedures with no effect.

Same thing here, I haven't bought anything but lost all my skins and levels from the steam account, since it automatically logget into a new epic games account.

Since last year Fall Guys requires a Epic Games account login to be played on Steam or PS4. When you sign in with Epic, your game progress will be vinculated with that Epic account. After that, any platform that you play Fall Guys and uses the same Epic login will share the same game progress.

What seems to be the case here, is that all of you never vinculate your Fall Guys Steam account with Epic, decide to play the game on another platform (Epic Store, Switch, Xbox or PS4/PS5) and only then make a login to a Epic account. But doing that just vinculated a empty Fall Guys account with your Epic account. So for Mediatonic your main account with Fall Guys now is that one with empty progress. Going back to Steam don't solve that, since it will use your Epic account that is vinculated with a empty progress.

What you have to do now is contact Fall Guys support and ask they to switch your primary game profile to Steam, since it's on Steam that was stored all of your game progress.

This is the exact thing that happened to me. I will create a ticket with Fall Guys Team.
