Those who pay for the game receive all the seasons, passes, kudos, skins that right now are top tier and the free ones will never have almost free, they will have to pay a lot for only 1 skins.

The game wasnt doing that bad before,ive seen way worse on steamcharts.

I also didnt buy it for,,a few bucks'',i bought the special edition at release for the full price.
The worst thing they could have done,was getting epic involved...
Devs could have gone free to play without epic,and come up with a better way to handle this.
Just a few:

-Make season passes less grindy
-Give vets a permanent buff on point gaining for season passes
-Leave the game on steam
-Lower the price for the skins and let the older skins remain exclusive
-Keep crowns and crown items to show off
-Kudos for matches won
-Free players get the worst items of the pass,thats badly designed

I still prefer the old b2p model,but IF you have to make the game f2p,make it fair.

How can I receive that? Ive paid for the game when it was released, but when I open that now its free to play, I dont find any of these receives.

1.- Wrong. Legacy players only obtain the first season pass for free, which is honestly kind of insulting depending on how much the pass costs (can't confirm since I am a legacy player myself so the pass did not pop up on the store logically.);

2.- Getting Crowns swapped for Kudos is a spit on the face to legacy players. Kudos are insignificant to the game's economy now. 90% of the store rotation is behind Show Bucks, 5% asks you for money up front, and the last 5% is Kudos, not to mention that they only cover lame stuff like pocket belts, nameplates or nicknames. Also, you cannot obtain Kudos through playing rounds anymore. They're exclusively behind some challenges depending on the reward;

3.- I don't know what you mean by "top tier" skins. I guess you're talking about the Ezio skin and the rest from the season pass. The former has basically become what the wolf skin was when we got it gifted the first week of playing the game. It's just a red flag to spot griefers. Aside from that, yeah I guess you can say the Mecha Godzilla one is top tier due to how far away in the season pass is, which by the way, you'll have to pay your way through to get it unless you're planning to grind 8 to 12 hours a day in this game, or until you hit the daily hard cap.

Already mentioned this in another thread but here it goes again. Crowns should've been swapped for Show Bucks since both perform as the game's premium currency, past and present. Period. Even if it were at a crap rate like 5:100 or 10:100. Why would I be excited to own hundreds of thousands of Kudos if all I can spend them on are on some lame stuff once every three days? I can't even buy skins with them which is pretty much the whole purpose of the game and what kept it in this never ending grinding cycle: play game > earn Kudos / Crowns > spend them on skins > play game with pretty skin > ad infinitum.

Now Kudos don't purchase ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Crowns have been swapped to an almost worthless currency and Show Bucks, which dominate most of the store, ask you to pony up your credit card every time you want at least one complete skin set. The season pass gives you 1,400 of those for free*; not even enough for two complete sets (8*2 = 16, which means you need 1,600 of those coins for two sets.)

Also, I wish to highlight that "free" word with an asterisk there because I'm pretty sure you still need to buy the season pass to get those rewards. Simply put, Fall Guys in this current state makes mobile games a run for their money in comparison.

4.- Are you really okay with that? With predatory monetisation systems and mechanics that force players to pay up every time they want one minuscule thing in the game? Have we reached the point where people are digging for mobile game-like profiteering practises?

Feels like many people forgot about the Battlefront 2 fiasco and are ready to accept a future where P2W is gonna become the norm, because that's the next step left after what's being done with the in-game store in Fall Guys right now.

I just got both the AiAi and Gato Roboto skins on rotation in the store right now. Skins that were worth 20 Crowns in total. Skins that costed me hours of playing alongside the most sweating of tryhard players every final, now cost a measly tenner for everyone to own.

This is downright detrimental in so many aspects I just simply cannot conceive this feeling through words. Had I known this is what the future awaited for this game, I'd have never bothered grinding my days away. Guess this is just another hard learned lesson alongside never buying games prior to official release.

They have not been owned by epic at first.

They are converting all trending games in some Fortnite 2.0. Just a way to scam kids, making them spend hundreds of dollars in just skins. It is sad.

Well, the EGS is not profitable for them. They are basically surviving thanks to kids buying skins for Fortnite. Just think about it. Skins are reporting them millions of dollars. I wonder what will be the next game that they will try to buy to become their next Free2Play-Pay2Skin game.

If your store is of better quality,people will naturally join you without stealing the games of other stores,thats a dirty move.

Funny how you used mental gymnastics to say that basically say "Its ok for Valve to keep their own game exclusive to their own store, and Valve is the only one that is allowed to do that without getting flak for it"

It doesn't even effect you that the game isn't on Steam for new players anymore, so why do you even care? It's still there for you.

Someone could sue, but it wouldn't have gone anywhere since Steam Subscriber agreement allows for this kind of stuff, a dev/pub can stop service of a game at anytime they want, and there is no recourse for the customer. Heck, Apple literally does this on a regular basis, as soon as a developer stops paying the yearly fee to Apple, all their apps are removed from the store and from customers libraries with no way to download them ever again.

Surely you do see the difference between having exclusives for a well established store everyone knows and uses,with lots of advantages,versus a new shop that came out of nowhere,that people dislike so much that epic literally has to throw free games at people to make them use it.

Also i said,,keep''games exclusives,not,,make''game exclusives later on.
If steam would go around stealing games from other platforms,i would understand it when people get upset about it.

Seriously? "Die like Rocket League" when Rocket League has around 40k players on Steam alone right now? And Fall Guys having around 50k people playing on Steam after sitting between 6k and 10k for several month now?
