What does Fall Guys on steam download and install at this point?

Can someone explain to me, clearly, objectively, and without sensationalism what the game is actually downloading and installing, as well what the things it's installing are actually doing in the background? I have it on steam and have been thinking of re-installing it due to friends being interested again, but I'd prefer to get some information first before I make any moves.

It's just the base game, Easy Anti Cheat (EAC) and Epic Online Services (EOS). But in order to play it you need to have an Epic game store account. I think you should be able to manage that from a browser.

Looking at Task Manager, EOS only starts when you open Fall Guys and doesn't run at Startup.
