Penguin pursuit - any tip?

Hi guys, is there any tip how to play penguin pursuit against player who just use fan so he grabs penguin, goes to fan and just fly over the fan for the rest of the round? Today I played two games with the same result. One team gets penguin, over fan, maximum points. It looked like ♥♥♥♥ game for one, the rest of his crew did just nothing, just AFK for the rest of the round. I tried to dive into him, maybe two times I hit him. He just went again over fan without loosing penguin. Wasnt very helpful.

you could try grab him even in mid air but its kinda difficult to pull it off

As it says on the tin, it is a team game and you pursue a penguin.
The specifics: One team mate goes for the penguin, the other acts as that person body guard by grabbing pursuers, essentially you need minimum two people per penguin. If another team mate is chasing a penguin, your job is to grab whoever is behind that bean.

The more beans help you the easier it gets, that said a lot of people don't even try to play together so it is very luck reliant since you require of good team mates.
