Not able to find players

I have a very good wifi connection and a laptop with great specs i bought this game but it just keep finding players but never starts please someone help me out

Changed servers, waited for 10 minutes, still can't find a game. It's sad, wanted to play this game but unfortunately have to refund now.

There's no way for people who live outside Europe and US East to play in those regions, it will affect our latency to connect to those regions.

Fall Guys is not a very ping dependent game. It is still easily playable with 100+ ms ping.

Most time when I play in EU and US server the desync and latency fu(k me up so bad that pretty much everyone except me become cheaters, that's how bad it is for people who don't live in these two region.
