Patience, that's the key. I missed the TF2 scout skin (my profile pic) when it was on the store for the first time on september (I was a noob without crowns). I just got it last week after 7 months of checking the store daily. There is no more you can do but wait and check every day.

i suggest buying a bunch of the cheap items in the shop so that in the future ther is a higher chance of the skin you want because there will be less items for it to randomly choose from
