Game stuck running in the background

Every time I launch the game, it says its running and its not even open. I check the task manager and yep its running in the background. I close it and reopen and the same thing happens. How do I fix this?

(PS: Before you say some ♥♥♥♥ like "vErIfY fIlEs" or "ReInStAl", already tried countless times, stfu, that doesnt work.)

did you reboot your PC? (honestly)

EDIT: maybe it's contained by antivirus/firewall? My firewall does that with almost any new game I start, and then I have to de-contain it.

Disabled my antivirus and restarted computer several times, doesnt work

Maybe the Anti-cheat causing trouble? Since I haven't had any troubles with it, I don't know whether this symptoms speak for that reason though.

I think it does have to do with the anticheat, something might be blocking it while loading, softlocking it.

Same did everything. Even tied on epic. Same issue. Nothing helps. Have been trying on and off for over a year now.
