how to play custom game with less people?

hi i want to play fall guys custom game with my 5 friends but i dont know how to. i saw on twitch people play race maps with only 3-4, i want to do that too but i dont know how, can you guys help me please?

The minimum that the game asks you to start a custom game is 4 players (you can play modes like: Jump Around and Hex-a-gone Trials).
