TO DEVS - PLEASE FIX "GRAB" GAMES like Tail Grab and Jinx - still BROKEN in end December 2020

Fall guys DEVS, please FIX tail grab lag problem.

30th December 2020 and Tail grab, Jinx, Penguin Chase, and all other "grab" games continues to be absolutelly BROKEN. People can grab my tail from kilometers away, front, behind, while jumping, sometimes even not on screen, while I can not grab other person´s tails even If I am right behind someone.

Jinx and Penguin Chase also have lag problems but not as bad and GAME BREAKING as the Tail Grab one.

IT IS DEFINITIVELLY GIVVING ADVANTAGE TO PEOPLE NEAR YOUR SERVERS !!!

Or at least add an option to remove "grab" games from the run list.

Also, when there is like 40+ people in a very short space like in Thundra run start. it is a reall LAG FEST and other players seem to "run over" me even on a straight line everyone justo going forward.

I already did everything on my side. PC is up to specs, changed resolution in graph settings all down, updated graphics drivers, disabled v-sync, disabled Windows optimizations, re-set modem, disable firewall, changed ingame servers to manual ... EVERYTHING

Internet connection is fixed, optic fiber, 200Mbit/second upload/download. PC is cabled connected. Windows 10, latest update.

Also, it is not my play skill. Sometimes I can finish on a lot of games, other times I classify am top20 or top50.

Apart from the above mentioned problems, in other mini-games/areas game runs fine.

You have a great game, bit it is asking for a a negative review / refund because of this problems in gameplay

no, you are wrong. you could check how the game works for other players to understand the issue and save yourself the time of typing such a long rant xD

Best thing you can do is contact them directly, but even then they didn't really do much. I contacted them with a page of bugs and reports, got told they forwarded it to the dev team and that was the last I heard from them. I don't think they really did anything to fix the issues, or if they did, it didn't help.

Either way the support team is super nice.

If your ping is over 100 for every server you are connecting to you are going to be out of luck man. I dont think they can fix somthing like that to be fair. you will have like a one second delay to sending your packets to the server. so anyone that has a better ping will out grab you.

Side note Even with good ping tail tag can be a bummer, better to cut people off than try to chase them..... People grabbing you to push you off can look messed up on your screen too. The thing is, if you dont keep moving on something like roll out, sometimes you will be somewhere else as far as the server thinks and people can grab you from that spot. then it will fix itself on your screen and by that time its to late. Grab back and take them with you is all you can do if that happens.

There must be some kind of fix to improve this issue though. I have not seen any game with such a big problem with latency.
I have probably around 50 ping, yet:
-Fall Ball is completely unplayable
-I 've had grabs in Jinxed where the jinxer wasn't even on my screen or even near me
-I have had moments where my tail in Tail Tag was stolen by someone below/above me.
Europe servers, less than 60 ping all the moments (i assume).
I know fixing this would need a server overhaul but I think it would be worth it.

Just go into pretty much any online game with a friend and look where you are shown and where they are shown on both screens. You might even be facing the wrong way that's how bad it can be.

nah it no an advatange it ping also these guy are aindie dev company whoch has others game to update it they cant drop everything and do one only can they?
