I can tell you that ICUE and Ghub are fine, but Armoury Crate (ASUS) has been noted to cause this problem.
Asus Aurora (Lighting for the Motherboard) may also cause it, but I don't have proof of that.
I would consider a refund ONLY if it is acceptable to potentially lose any FAME, KUDOs, and CROWNs you've earned.
I don't know how they save client purchases and such, so only refund if you are fine with potentially losing everything.
I think it would be in your best interest to submit a support ticket via their Online Form describing the problem, the Error ID you've provided, and your System Specs.
I've seen many people get this since they added the anti-cheat, myself included. If so solutions have been mentioned in these forums.

Give that answer a try one more time. I know you mention you did this, but just for the heck of it, see if there was a bad packet during transit. It wouldn't surprise me.
This specific error code shouldn't be. Although I wouldn't put it passed Kamu at this point.
Haven't been able to play yet, so fame, kudos and crowns aren't a problem. Have tried contacting support, but so far none of their fixes worked, so wanted to see if the community found out something.
Nope, I've seen those post, but most of their error messages actually specify what program is causing the problem. But I don't have that here.
I'm sorry to hear that. If I find out anything, I'll be sure to post it.
You mentioned you contacted Support, which I am assuming is MediaTonic. Have you tried contacting Kamu (Developers of EAC)?
