Sounds like a tacit admission they can't do ♥♥♥♥ until next season.
https://support.fallguys.com/hc/en-us/articles/360015837659-Reporting-Hackers-and-Cheats
However, the devs actively _dis_courage players from reporting cheaters, arguing that it is "not necessary". They claim to have a well-working anti-cheat system in place that "catches most cheaters on their first attempt". They also point out that cheaters cannot be identified by their screen name because the devs gave every player a random number, but each number is shared between hundreds of players. Addtionally, they also try to discourage players from even talking about cheaters because "it encourages people to cheat".
Considering that hackers run rampant in the game, that at times there is one in every match, and that many hackers wear skins that cost 10 crowns (and therefore require 10 victories to obtain), the devs' claims are extremely unlikely to be true, they sound more like damage control rhetorics.
However, the fact that they _do_ discourage players from reporting cheaters indicates that reports indeed won't achieve much. So far, people who did try to use the report feature said either that it does not work, or that they just received a copy/paste response. Someone who sent them a link to a youtube video reported that the clip still has zero views. It is very well possible that the support department is currently completely overwhelmed and understaffed, given that the game had much more success than expected.
Personally, I don't think we can do more than waiting until the devs fix this mess, which I believe they will do eventually. But if you want to try the report form, use the link above. :)
