why do the moving objects look like they are stuttering??

Happens sometimes to me too. All the objects in the level suddenly stop or go really slow. No idea what's causing it.

It really seems like a lag/ping issue (which depends on all players, not just you). I was playing with a friend and he was also watching my stream on twitch (like a replay, since there was a 2~3 seconds delay), and the stuttering seemed to be linked to lag issues, like distance tail-grabbing and vanishing balls on football. (Because of the latency, what he saw on my stream wasnt exactly what he was seeing on his pc).

Also, it was more frequent/noticeable on sunday, when the connection drops were also more frequent
