The reasons why i'm always starting at the back at Fall Mountain?

I'm wondering why i'm always starting at the back in this map. Is it a Internet connexion thing as in i'm always the last to join?

I'm past level 38 and i have never started in front. I'm always systematically in the last row. I'm just wondering, because this doesn't seem like it's simply based on randomness.

Any insight?

I'm pretty sure it's random as far as I have observed. How many fall mountains have you played where there was at least one full second line? Have you played like 30 and you are in the second one each time or only played like 5? How about fall mountain where there is 3 or 4 lines of players. Are you always in the very back there as well or in the middle somewhere?

For me it's completely random and sometimes I'm in the front and sometimes in the back or in the middle.

I've seen someone suggest in another thread that it's based on your performance in the previous rounds but I paid attention to it and it's not true. I've landed in the back row despite being first place in the race games in the beginning and then also winning the following team games.

I'm always in the very back. If there's 1 person in the 3rd row, it's going to be me. I've played a lot of it and, it always happens, without exception. I'm not exagerating.

I could win a few of the races but, it's getting on my nerves a little bit. :P

And again, i went to Fall Mountain seconds ago and i was the only one on 3rd row.

That's not RNG. There's something else.

I just had a final of about 16 ( 4 rows of 4 I believe) and guess where I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ was spawned -.Somebody please explain to me how I can make up to being so far behind.

They need to not launch that game with more than 5 players or however big the front row is

One theoretical flaw with Fall Mountain is that if you play perfect as front row, you can never lose to back row. And if you play perfect in the back row, you still can lose to a perfect front row.
Of course very few do play it flawlessly and add that the crown is moving on Y axis.

A little OT but this is not true to the same extent on previous maps, as generally a majority of the players make it to next map and there's more physical collusion on maps with more players.

On such a short map as FM you should not expect to be close a win from that position.
I think the map should only allow for 2 rows, 8-12 total players at most, since FM is a finals map.
