The idea that just because you live in one place you should get a discount is silly.
Talk about privilege LOL
Imagine thinking that "oh I live in a poor country" well you buying computers and online gaming, you cant be that poor. Gaming is not a cheap hobby, we have poor people in USA too, they dont get discounted steam games for being poor.
we only bought the lowest quality components in market, all from china, and at a high amount of dues (over 12, like 18 or 36 in some cases, like teachers bank promotion), and for most of us, it took over 4-6 years get a full medium quality PC.
We are common people with a very poor salary in a country where the state tax you over 75% of what you should have and does nothing worthy and good with that money.
The only reason to make a shopping market different from the rest of the world is to improve the demand of games and have more consumers and then more players in those regions.
