Wasn't worth it to preorder for me.. I got the free Humble Choice which gave me 20% off in the store and I had $1.60 wallet credit that was about to expire anyway. Paid $14.39 for the base game.

Well, it's cheaper in my region, but I just want to now if it's still possible.

You'd probably have to go into Steam support and remove the game from your library before redeeming the new key. Did this with R6S Starter Edition when I bought the Ultimate Edition.
