change your region and time zone in control panel it fix
i use japan to play

Grey screen workaround - Type 'intl.cpl' in the search/run box, press Enter. Change 'Format:' to English, click Apply. No need to restart Windows

I upgraded to Windows 11 and it stopped working. I fixed mine by giving my user account full control to the C:\users\[USER]\LocalLow\Mediatonic folder. Looks like the upgrade somehow lost the permissions. I suppose you can delete the folder as well but make a backup just incase.

Me too. Tried to start the game and I'm stuck on "grey screen". Never happend before. Idk what to do. I'm not changing the region only for "Fall Guys". Am I the only one?

EDIT: I checked the files with Steam for errors, re-started my pc and at first, there was the "grey screen" again, but after some loading time, the game appears. Maybe you wanna try that, if you have the same problems.
