Online Multiplayer Lobby with Friends?

Hey this game looking fantastic.
Will it be possible to drive online with friends in the future? So create your own lobby or register for online lobbies together?

So you can make a queuing lobby.
This allows you make a lobby, share the code with friends (on PC or Xbox) and once you're happy that everyone has joined, start searching for an online session together.
You will all be put into a public lobby (like in Fall Guys, COD etc.) where you will race against others with your friends.

I want to ONLY race with my friend.
This not being possible is what holds me back buying this game and I am pretty sure I am not the only one. I hope you'll think about adding this feature in the future.

You might be able to with remote play together, but I agree that private lobbies are needed.

+1 for Private lobbies - you can play with friends in Remote play - but you end up split screen and 1 persons game is almost unplayable

Yup. Enjoying what I've seen so far but closed lobbies are desperately needed.

I second this so hard. Imagine all the different server options. This would add endless replayability with friends and ai.

Dev? Definitly you should add option to play just with friends. Me and my frienda want buy this game, but ive read info i cant play private game with friends so... 6 people didnt buy it;) you loosing money. This option is mandatory in 2022
