Generator Bug

With the newest update for 1.9, I discovered an issue with the Character Generator. In the Female tab, the side view fighting sprite sheet shows an overlap of a walking animation sprite sheet and this only shows up on the female tab of the generator. I have tried to look through my files to see if it was a user error but I am not finding anything. I even replaced the file for the base of the body and that didn't fix it so I am not sure if this a me problem or an actual generator bug.

I also tested this out in a battle and the walking animation does play out over the top of the character that is attacking. I hope this gets fixed/solution to the issue is found soon as I would like to have side-view fighting in the game I am creating.

I can not recreate this problem myself.

Do you have any custom assets in the character generator? If not, then you can safely reset the files:

Right click it in the library and select:
Properties → Installed Files → Verify integrity of software files

Hopefully this fixes your issue.

I did that first before opening a discussion here. I do have DLC for the generator so I am not sure why it can't repro. I'll keep trying to figure out what's going on. if anyone has any insight besides a full uninstall/reinstall I'd appreciate it. If I figure it out, I will add to this discussion.

I found the issue. I apparently put the top view sprite sheet for the female part of the generator in the side view file somehow. So if anyone sees something weird like I did, check your files. it might be something as simple as a file or two being in the wrong spot.

Yeah, verify files can only find missing or altered files, not new ones.
