How will it work in MZ? You saying I can create character with the clothes on and export it into MZ, but I won't be able to adjust the clothing?
RPG Maker MV and MZ have different default character base in their generators. The MV generator pieces are made for the MV Generator Character. You can actually use the MV Generator Pieces in MZ generator, but you would also have to replace the MZ default character with the MV one for the clothes to fit.
Also, all the generator does is export the characters as an image, specifically a .png file. You can use those .png files in MZ without an issue.
I downloaded this parts pack for police officer - https://www.hiddenone-sprites.com/mv-generator-parts.html and used a generator tool. Sadly, the outcome is not what I wanted and the positioning of the police hat is a bit off which is bothering me. It also doesn't look good on damage stances.
Ugh, so annoying when small things prevent me from continuing my project.
