Network Security question

I'm new to MZ and had a Networking question

When I use deployment and run the game I notice that it does phone calls when i monitor my network, is there any reason or any way to disable it inside RPG Maker MZ?

Note: This is a new project no added files or plugins.

It doesn't do phone calls. It uses the network interfaces, nothing more.
