Simslike relationship plugin

Hello,

I have an idea for a game that I want to have a social aspect to it similar (or a straight rip off lol) to the sims. For example, talking to someone raises or lowers your friendship value. Then I want certain events based on that value. Is there a ready to go plugin that already does something like this?

I've tried searching but found nothing. Don't really want to make one if one already exists.

For what it's worth, I also don't think it would be very hard to just Event something like this, as long as you understand the basics of the engine. But maybe the plugin in the video is what you are looking for.
