i don't see movies folder in resource manager what i can do

It is a plugin? If it is I don't know because I don't use it.
If not, to see movies you can put them inside the folder "movies" opening RMMZ and activating them with an event in the game.

I don't use the Resource Manager, but I do use movies. To play one, you need to :
01. Be certain that the file is in Webm format.
02. Be certain that the file is in the Movies folder in the Project folder. If not, manually place it inside.
03. Make an Event on your map.
04. Set Event to Autorun if it is an opening cinematic. If not, ignore this step.
05. Go to Tab Two.
06. Select Play Movie underneath Audio & Video.
07. Select Webm file.
08. Select Play Test to see if it works.

I just checked. It's not in my Resource Manager as well. Personally, I doubt it is a bug. You just need to use Event to make the movie play.

I just created New Projects in RPG Maker MV and MZ to check if the Movies folder are in the Resource Managers. They aren't. Chances are the YouTubers are using Plugins. If not, you could've been mistaken. Only explanation I got. Regardless, just manually place your files in the Project Folder and use Events. Haven't gone wrong for me yet.

WebM format. If your program cannot output to WebM, you will need a converter to do so.
