How do I download the ARPG Plugin?

I went to the store page and added the plugin to my Steam Library. When I press Download the software RPG Maker MZ opens up but nothing happens! Help! I don't know how to add the ARPG Plugin through the store!

You can find it in the RPG Maker MZ directory in the DLC folder. The store page still says download even though it's already downloaded, but it should say you already have it in your library.
