I went through the same and just dropped the DLC aside, how did you do to fix this?
File from DLC folder
FG_AccA_p03_c1_m014.png
Rename it to
FG_AccA_p60_c1_m014.png
And you have to find the other files that go along with this in the other 4 folders and rename them to the same number.
This video helped figure it out

This dlc is marked as being good for both MV and MZ... the heck it is. The parts don't match up properly and the "damaged" images shows the parts in the wrong place...
If anyone is looking to get MV Trinity Resource Pack, just don't...at least not for generator parts... I don't think they even tested this dlc before putting it out.
(Graphic assets from RPG Maker MV Trinity is now available for RPG Maker MZ)
About 90% of them don't line up with the face making the image look stupid. The others you have to move around by adjusting the x/y axis and they look decent. But the fact that they claim it works for MV and MZ is a lie!
Sure, you can copy over the images, but they don't line up and you can't use a good amount of them because of that...and the fact that it says to just copy and paste over into the generator file causes issues.
You have to rename the files in order to keep the original images. Copying over also adds some sort of line on the face for some reason. The wrong graphics will display and a few of them had small Fangs pasted multiple times over the face.
This wasn't tested on their end at all...
I was thinking of a file rename programs as well but wanted to make sure first... which was about 10 hours wasted doing their job. I found a missing nose graphic for the "Face" so possibly renaming them all with a program might have caused more issues.
Now I'm going to work on the other two folders... you know... only 2836 files to rename and check.
You're a god, I just gave up!
The "Female" folder was all there and fine. Took about 90 minutes to do instead of 9 hours...
The "kid" folder... was missing a few parts and had some duplicates. I ended up having to delete about 10 different assets as they weren't showing up anyways.
4639 files renamed and most importantly.. backed up somewhere cause I sure as heck not doing that again... well until the next dlc that doesn't work right comes along lol
