Asking before i buy: What programming language can i script with in this engine?

I've been programming for more than a few years and have a few programming languages under my belt, and have used the unity engine before, and was thinking of getting this so i could make some games in order to practice making them.

But, as my strengths are in scripting, i was wondering what programming language does this engine use for scripting, or does adding in my own scripts require plugins.

In this engine it isn't script anymore, now it is a plugin and its language is javascript.

In this engine it isn't script anymore, now it is a plugin and its language is javascript.

Ok, I'll look into how to make plugins, and I have a bit of knowledge in javascript already so as soon as i figure out the formatting for js classes, i'll be good.

The engine comes with some base plugins and you can find some free ones, maybe it's worth taking a look too to learn a thing or two. I will get started with javascript in a few months.
