Hello! Is this problem still relevant up to this moment? Did you try to re-install the game and restart Steam before game launch?

Yes, I'm still having this problem. I've started the game in my friends account, and everything worked (in the same computer)

Please try to use VPN when launch the game under your account. We don't see any problems from our side, you account is linked correctly, has no bans.
Please send us an output_log.txt from Business Tour installation directory if this problem still appears. Log info may help us to find a reason of this problem.
